Cracking afternoon with i-Nexus!
My guys and I just had the most brilliant, engaging session with the lovely people from i-Nexus who provide what they call strategy execution software developed around the concept of Hoshin Kanri planning. This stuff is well worth checking out and could literally transform your organisation overnight if you get it right.
If, like BSMHFT, you struggle with too much to do, too many initiatives/brilliant ideas, too little capacity to handle the requests and find a problem separating the wheat from the chaff this could well be the answer to your prayers…
